Facility
Just like the care plans that we provide for our patients, an extreme amount of planning and attention to detail was put into the design our our facility. We have a mission to help people realize and achieve better health, and in order to achieve that mission, we required a facility that could facilitate the demads of our care plans. When most people think of a chiropractic office, they usually think of small, cramped offices with little space and rehab suites consisting of a few swiss balls and heating pads. Well here at Basic Health Chiropractic & Rehab, we couldnt be further from your "stereotypical" office. Our facility is 4,000 sq. feet of diagnostic, chiropractic and rehab paradise! Our open therapy bay is equiped with state-of-the-art equipment that was hand picked with results in mind. Each and every nook and cranny or our office, from the childrens play room, to the direct digital diagnostic x-ray suite, to the adjusting tables and the therapy bay, was designed to provide outstanding office efficiency, amazing quality of care and the utmost patient comfort. Appointments
If you are ready to take the next step towards better health, then we are ready to help you. If you would like to make an appointment, please feel free to contact our office by phone or email and our staff will be happy to get the new patient application process started. However, many people who are new to chiropractic or are curious about it, are often hesitant to make an appiontment simply for fear of the unknown. If you are unsure of whether we can help you or not, then just let our staff know and we will be happy to invite you to our office for an "introduction." We want all of our patients to understand exactly what we do, how we do it and why. Therefore, we offer what we call our introduction appointment. This is an opportunity for you to make an appointment to come in and take a tour of our office and to meet with one of our doctors and find out if the services we provide, might be right for you. If you like what you see and hear, then we will happily invite you to begin our new patient application process, and if not, then we will gladly direct you to another health care professional who we think may be able to meet your needs. We are constantly working to expand our professional referral networks in order to help provide the members of our community with guidance when they need it most.
Financial
There is no doubt that we are in unprecidented economic times, and at a time where health care reimburssment is for a lack of a better term....uncertain. However, we feel that you health is your most important and valuable investment. With this in mind, our office will do all that we can to assist you in order to help you recieve the care you require. We will be happy to verify your insurance benefits for you to find out what type of coverage you may be entitled to. Even more importantly, we have devised a system to attempt to eliminate any unanticipated expenses. The fist visit in our office is quite simply the most important. Upon arrival, we will inform you of the range of the cost of services that my be performed. Once the doctor(s) have all the infomation required do develop your care plan, they will discuss with you exactly what they believe to be causing your concern for your health, what types of options for care are avaliable and what your financial responsiblity will be. You will always be in control of your care in our office. You can choose to do all of what we recommend, some of it, or none of it. Whatever you decide, we will do our best to help you reach your goals!
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
